Below are the only foods that we should eat (that is if we want to avoid all of the carcinogens found in processed food and the anti-nutrients/toxins found in some "natural" food). Hence, a cancer/dis-ease free diet... Gnosis Eating.


Vegetables are considered the foundation foods. Fruits are in between being considered foundation foods and medicinal foods. All other foods are considered for their powerful medicinal purposes, and should be eaten sparingly for such occasions.


Grains, Legumes, Bulb & Tuber Vegetables, and certain nuts and seeds contain more toxins than beneficial nutrients for our bodies, and thus should be taken out completely or eaten sparingly depending on a one's food sensitivity.


Fish and Eggs provide very key nutrients, which outweigh their toxins depending on the quality... and the white meat from chicken and turkey are very nutritious too depending on the quality. Beef needs to be at least 85% lean, and even still should be eaten with care and very sparingly.


Aside from meat, food shouldn't be cooked (extremely hot and sometimes extremely cold temperatures kill the food). Thus the true benefits of eating food comes from eating "live" raw food. At the most try to steam vegetables. Alkaline foods are considered very important in our diets, because their chemical composition doesn't allow for harmful bacteria to grow in our bodies. Also, certain foods' nutrients are absorbed better by our bodies when eaten together with other foods. Likewise certain foods are absorbed and digested poorly when eaten together. Knowing this knowledge will unlock the true healthy life we all deserve to live.
