I don't know about you guys, but I got tired of hearing expert after expert lecture me with the usual:
"Cut back on eating out."
"Count calories every single day for the rest of your life!"
I don't want to live like that!
I don't want to always think about all the bad things that could happen with food.
Like this for example.
I rather use food to live a FULL LIFE.
Plus if that advice worked, wouldn't we all be skinny?
