No more DAMN weight please!

Hi! I'm David. :)


I believe in inspiring others to become the best versions of themselves. I believe we need to be in charge of our health and the best way is by eating the best food, i.e. non-hybrid food. With that secret, I've been able to coach people who've hit a plateau while following the Low Carb, High Fat Diet.


Like my old roomate from college, Ace, who was able to lose 46 pounds in 4 months (without the gym) after years of seeing no progress.


Maybe you are similar, left wondering why this way of eating works so well for some people and not so well for others.


What can we do to start losing weight again?


Ø 1. STOP eating fake food that your body doesn't digest. (hybrids)

✔ 2. START eating mineral-rich food that your body absorbs. (non-hybrids)


Most people wouldn't knowingly eat a GMO tomato with salmon DNA spliced into it right? But we eat man-made starchy rice, beans, and potatoes even though we know hybrid wheat is bad for us. This is known as the "poor man's food" for a reason.

Here is wisdom: starch does not exist in ANY natural non-hybrid food. It therefore negatively impacts our mood, clarity of thought, and immune system.


We eat acidic meat from man-made Holstein cows, Leghorn chickens, and American Yorkshire pigs.

We expect this fake food to fill us up, yet we're left hungry, tired, and sick because hybrid food cannot FEED us.


Instead, this is what REAL, non-hybrid food looks like:
